Planina's 2004 recording includes full-chorus, small-group, men's and women's numbers, ranging from simple village songs with diaphonic harmony to rich choral arrangements. Some songs are sung a cappella and others are accompanied by traditional and/or modern instruments played by group members or guest instrumentalists, including Steve Mullins, Karen Stellick and Petar Teodosijev.
